From the moment we entered to
the second we left, it was the best experience at a restaurant that we have had
in a long time!
We shared the fresh mozzarella as an appetizer, which
is made fresh daily and it was refreshingly unique from other appetizers at the
restaurants we typically go to. It was just the mozzarella cheese with sides of
bread and crackers to eat the cheese with. It was fancy and delicious.
I had the Baked Carbonara, while he enjoyed the Arrabiatta.
Of course, we both tried each other’s Italian dish and both were equally
fantastic.
I can tell you first hand, Scaddabush is a true Italian
restaurant. If my boyfriend, the food critic approves, it must be amazing.
